本实验对比研究了芳香三氮烯甲氧嘧啶(ATMP)和环磷酰胺(CY)对小鼠Lewis肺癌的作用。ATMP在不影响原发瘤生长的同时,可明显减少自发性转移的发生,而CY对原发瘤及转移瘤都有抑制作用。~3H-TdR部分参入实验证明,ATMP对Lewis肺癌的细胞毒作用很弱。ATMP对人工转移无影响;提前给药不影响自发性转移;不改变小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞Fc受体的活力。上述实验提示,ATMP具有选择性的抗转移作用,其作用环节可能是抑制肿瘤细胞从原发部位的脱落以致不能进入血液循环。
In this study, we compared the effects of triamcinolone acetonide (ATMP) and cyclophosphamide (CY) on Lewis lung carcinoma in mice. ATMP can significantly reduce the incidence of spontaneous metastasis without affecting the growth of primary tumors, while CY has inhibitory effects on primary tumors and metastases. ~ 3H-TdR part of the experiment into the show, ATMP on Lewis lung cancer cytotoxic effect is very weak. ATMP had no effect on human metastasis; early administration did not affect spontaneous metastasis; did not change the viability of Fc receptors in mouse peritoneal macrophages. The above experiments suggest that ATMP has a selective anti-metastatic effect, the role of the link may be to inhibit the tumor cells from the primary site so that they can not enter the blood circulation.
