苏霍姆林斯基说过:教育的效果取决于学校和家庭教育影响的一敛性。因此做好家园沟通是教师应具备的基本素质,也是幼儿园教师的一项重要工作。案例:薇薇是我曾经带过的一位小班孩子,她在八园前的亲子适应班中就表现出不愿意和小朋友一起游戏,一有小朋友去邀请她,她就跑到妈妈的怀中,也不愿意和老师交流;每天上幼儿园总迟到,不肯自己吃饭。我和薇薇妈妈交流了很多次,家长所表现出的态度是漫不经心。
