对包钢U_(74)钢轨的成分和性能进行了相关分析,并与国外同类碳素轨进行了对比,同时对883N/mm~2级的62Mn_2钢轨各部位性能进行了研究。结果表明: 1)包钢U_(74)。钢轨的成分和性能均符合标准规定,强度余量较大,可适当降低碳当量以进一步改善韧、塑性。 2)与苏联和美国同级碳素轨相比,包钢U_(74)钢轨的强度和塑性稍好。 3)U_(74)和62Mn2钢轨的各个部位性能虽有一定差别,但均符合标准规定。 4)62Mn2钢轨是883N/mm~2级钢轨,其性能优于U_(74)。
The composition and properties of U_ (74) rail were analyzed and compared with those of the same kind of carbon rail in foreign countries. The performance of various parts of 62Mn_2 rail at 883N / mm ~ 2 grade was also studied. The results show that: 1) Baotou U_ (74). Rail components and properties are in line with the provisions of the standard, greater strength margin, carbon equivalent can be appropriately reduced to further improve the toughness, ductility. 2) Compared with the carbon rail at the same level in the Soviet Union and the United States, the strength and ductility of Baotou U_ (74) rail is slightly better. 3) Although the performance of each part of U_ (74) and 62Mn2 rails is different, they all meet the standards. 4) 62Mn2 rail is 883N / mm ~ 2 rail, its performance is better than U_ (74).
