本文采用采用文献资料法、观察法和归纳逻辑分析法,对阳光体育与素质教育二者之间的关系进行对比分析,研究认为,阳光体育与素质教育都具有面向全体学生、促进学生全面发展、促进学生个性发展和促进学生身心健康的特征。为确保阳光体育扎实有效地开展,首先,应该加大宣传力度;其次,应该改进学生评价体系,由“学习第一”向“健康第一”转变;另外,教育行政部门应该加强督导检查力度,保证整个活动有计划、有落实、有检查,有实效。
