一、心理暗示训练的主要步骤 (一)使运动员理解认识及其表现方式——语言对情感和行为的决定作用。训练前,教练员要用简明扼要的语言提醒运动员应注意的问题和改进的方法,运动员要默默地在脑海中过电影。训练中,教练员要用柔和的语调提醒运动员改进技术,提高训练质量。 (二)确定短跑中经常出现的消极想法,如:今天我状态不好等。 (三)确定如何认识这种消极想法,凡遇到有消极想法都要找出原因。 (四)确定取代这种消极想法的积极提示语,如:今天我的心情好,世上无难事,只怕有心人。
