二硫代磷酸酯是一类优良的萃取剂,用于钴镍和钴锰等的萃取分离。已经发现,在配位萃取过程中,钴(Ⅱ)极易氧化成钴(Ⅲ),生成稳定的八面体配合物Co[(RO)_2PS_2]_3,使反萃过程难于进行。同时,发现吡啶类氮碱能与Co[(RO)_2PS_2]_3发生置换还原反应,使Co(Ⅲ)还原成Co(Ⅱ)并生成Co[(RO)_2PS_2]_2·2Py。因此,研究吡啶类氮碱与二烷基二硫代磷酸酯合金属配合物的加合作用具有重要意义。本文用光谱法研究苄胺、二苄胺与Ni[(C_6H_(11)O)_2PS_2]_2的加合反应,并用XRD法研究了加合物的晶体结构。
Dithiophosphates are an excellent class of extractants for the extraction and separation of cobalt, nickel and cobalt manganese. It has been found that cobalt (II) can be easily oxidized to cobalt (III) during the complexation process to form stable octahedral complex Co [(RO) _2PS_2] _3, making the stripping process difficult to process. At the same time, it was found that the pyridine nitrogen and base can be replaced with Co [(RO) _2PS_2] _3 to reduce Co (Ⅲ) to Co (Ⅱ) and form Co [(RO) _2PS_2] _2 · 2Py. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the adduct of pyridine nitrogen base and dialkyldithiophosphate metal complexes. In this paper, the addition reaction of benzylamine, dibenzylamine and Ni [(C_6H_ (11) O) _2PS_2] _2 was studied by spectroscopy and the crystal structure of the adduct was studied by XRD.
