采用基础隔震技术建造的现代建筑已经遍布全世界 ,不少隔震房屋经受了强地震的考验 ,表现出良好的抗震性能。有些国家已颁发了隔震结构的技术规程 ,预计基础隔震技术将越来越多地用于不同形式的结构上。隔震技术的出现使我们有更多的设计方案选择。依据所要达到的安全程度 ,可选择采用主动隔震结构控制技术、被动隔震结构控制技术或传统的抗震设计方法。每一种设计方案将保证建筑物内的人员安全、财产安全或设施的正常运行。这种概念以及相应的技术规程已经开始进行研究 ,并可能在本世纪初得以实现。
Modern buildings built using base-isolation technology have spread all over the world. Many isolated buildings have undergone strong earthquake tests and show good seismic performance. Some countries have already issued technical specifications for seismic isolation structures and it is expected that base isolation technology will be used more and more for different types of structures. The emergence of isolation technology so that we have more design options. Depending on the degree of safety to be achieved, the active isolation structure control technology, the passive isolation structure control technology or the traditional seismic design method may be adopted. Each design will ensure the safety of personnel within the building, property safety or the proper operation of the facility. This concept and the corresponding technical regulations have begun to be studied and may be achieved by the turn of the century.
