目的 :为了解转抑副基因nm2 3在乳腺癌发生 ,进展过程中的作用 ,应用S P免疫组织化学技术 ,兔抗NDPK多克隆抗体对 35例乳腺癌及 5例正常乳腺组织中nm2 3产物 NDPK的表达进行了检测。结果 :35例肿瘤和 5例正常乳腺上皮组织中的nm2 3 NDPK均呈阳性表达。肿瘤组织中的表达强度明显高于正常乳腺上皮组织 ,强表达缺失与肿瘤的转移行为有关。结论 :nm2 3 NDPK在乳腺癌发生和转移抑制过程中可能起重要作用
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of the nm2 3 gene in the development and progression of breast cancer. SP immunohistochemistry and rabbit anti-NDPK polyclonal antibody were used to detect the expression of nm23 product NDPK in 35 cases of breast cancer and 5 cases of normal breast tissue The expression was examined. Results: nm23 NDPK in 35 tumors and 5 normal breast epithelial tissues were all positive. The expression intensity of tumor tissue was significantly higher than that of normal breast epithelial tissue, and the lack of strong expression was related to tumor metastasis. Conclusion: nm23 NDPK may play an important role in the development of breast cancer and the inhibition of metastasis
