现阶段我国资本市场发展还不够成熟,中国企业中融资难度比较大,由于对资本的需求,企业要逐渐面向国际资本市场,以扩大发展前景。对赌协议是一种估值调整机制,在投融资活动中占据非常重要的地位,近年来其重要性日益突出。本文特分析中国法律环境下对赌协议发展中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应对策。 At this stage, the development of China’s capital market is still not mature enough.
