一、前言随着有机氟材料的开发,HF的生产规模正越来越大。为此,研制能耐HF等混合介质腐蚀的仪表料料,用以制造耐腐蚀的仪器仪表,乃是我国仪表工业一个十分迫切的任务。本工作研究合金元素(主要是Cu)对耐HF腐蚀的Ni—Mo合金耐蚀性能的影响。进行了生产现场挂片试验和工艺介质腐蚀试验,并用俄歇电子能谱仪对合金的腐蚀表面层进行了分析。
I. Introduction With the development of organic fluorine materials, the production scale of HF is getting bigger and bigger. Therefore, it is a very urgent task for the instrumentation industry in China to develop instrumentation materials that can withstand the corrosion of mixed media such as HF, and to manufacture corrosion-resistant instrumentation. This work studied the effect of alloying elements (mainly Cu) on the corrosion resistance of HF-corrosive Ni-Mo alloys. The test of production coupons and the corrosion of process medium were carried out. The corrosion surface layer of alloy was analyzed by Auger electron spectrometer.
