201145 一种新的肿瘤标志物——肿瘤特异性生长因子在妇科的应用/B口淑丽…//中国肿瘤临床与康复,1999,6(5).-66～67 用生化比色法对124例妇科恶性瘤(卵巢癌35例,宫颈癌82例,其他7例),34例非恶性瘤及34例健康女性的血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)进行检测。结果:①恶性肿瘤血清TSGF明显高于正常对照及良性疾病,其诊断卵巢癌、宫颈癌的敏感性分别为88.6%及65.9%,鉴别良、恶性疾病的特异性79.4%,假阳性主要出现在一些与血管增殖有关,如子宫肌瘤、术后创伤的修复等。②TSGF含量与肿
