随着经济的快速发展,我国建筑业也在迅速的发展。在高层建筑物、高耸结构以及大型设备基础中,大体积砼已经被广泛的应用于这些建筑物中。与普通的钢筋砼相比,失体积砼具有结构厚、体积大、钢筋结构密、砼的数量多以及工程施工条件复杂等特点。因此,在大体积砼的施工过程中,要对材料的使用进行合理的选择,同时还要对砼进行配比优化,保证砼的和易性和密实度,还要选用科学的施工方法。本文针对大体积砼的材料的选用、配比以及其施工工艺进行了分析,同时还针对产生砼裂缝的原因进行了分析,并提出了相关的预防和控制措施。
With the rapid economic development, China’s construction industry is also rapidly developing. In high-rise buildings, towering structures and large equipment foundations, mass concrete has been widely used in these buildings. Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete, lost volume concrete has the characteristics of thick structure, large volume, dense reinforcing steel structure, large quantity of concrete and complex construction conditions. Therefore, in the mass concrete construction process, the use of materials to make a reasonable choice, but also to optimize the ratio of concrete to ensure the workability and compactness of concrete, but also the choice of a scientific method of construction. In this paper, the selection of mass concrete materials, the ratio and the construction process were analyzed, but also for the reasons for the production of concrete cracks were analyzed and put forward the relevant prevention and control measures.
