目的:研究清肺口服液治疗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染所致肺炎的作用机制。方法:将50只BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、清肺低剂量组(1.33g/m L)、清肺高剂量组(4g/m L)和利巴韦林组(0.0025g/m L),每组10只。除空白组外,其余4组均给予RSV 50μL/只滴鼻造模,造模48h后灌胃给药。给药24h后处死小鼠,取其肺组织切片观察病理情况,并检测肺组织中IL-2和肺泡灌洗液中IL-10的含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组IL-10水平降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各用药组IL-10水平升高(P<0.01)。各组IL-2水平差异无统计学意义。结论:清肺口服液可通过上调IL-10来减轻RSV感染的症状,IL-2含量或不能成为评判RSV感染症状与预后的指标。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Qingfei Oral Liquid in the treatment of pneumonia caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. Methods: Fifty BALB / c mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Qingfei low dose group (1.33g / m L), Qingfei high dose group (4g / m L) and ribavirin group 0.0025 g / m L), 10 per group. Except for the blank group, the other four groups were given RSV 50μL / only nasal drops modeling, 48h after modeling intragastric administration. The mice were sacrificed 24 hours after treatment and the lungs were sectioned to observe the pathological changes and IL-2 and IL-10 in BALF were detected. Results: Compared with the blank group, the level of IL-10 in the model group decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the level of IL-10 in each group increased (P <0.01). The levels of IL-2 in each group had no significant difference. Conclusion: Qingfei Oral Liquid can reduce the symptoms of RSV infection by up-regulating IL-10, IL-2 content or can not be used as an index to judge symptoms and prognosis of RSV infection.
