与用户需求不匹配是产品创新项目失败的主要原因之一。基于用户导向的跟随创新战略,以研发满足用户需求的新产品为目的,是挽救产品创新失败项目的重要方式。通过建立经济模型,对产品创新失败项目挽救的成本和边际收益进行剖析,并具体分析跟随创新战略下新产品在引入期、成长期和成熟期参与市场竞争可获取的收益,进而判断采用跟随创新战略挽救产品创新失败项目的可行性以及企业在不同竞争环境下为获取更大利润应采取的措施。
Mismatch with user needs is one of the major reasons why product innovation projects fail. Based on the user-oriented follow-up innovation strategy, research and development to meet the needs of new users for the purpose of the product is to save the failure of the project an important way.
