在企业以及教育行政单位,日常工作运行管理的实践性流程之内,工作人员相应绩效考核与绩效评估工作的开展,一直是备受集团领导人员高度重视的工作环节。本文将绩效考核与绩效评估工作作为主要研究课题,在简单介绍两个工作管理环节基本含义的基础之上,围绕绩效考核与绩效评估相互转化衔接的内在价值,做出了详细的分析和介绍,望能够帮助工作人员提升对两项工作的重视度。
