一、前言当前,铁水炉外脱硫技术在国内外受到广泛重视,并很快发展成为炼钢过程中不可缺少的工序之一,为低硫钢的生产提供了有利的条件。喷吹技术的研制成功,又使炉外脱硫技术设备进一步简化,投资减少,操作也更简便。与此同时,许多冶金工作者对采用石灰系脱硫剂代替CaC_2脱硫进行了深入的研究,并取得了良好的冶金效果,但其效果又随处理时工艺条件的变化而大不一样。为了充分发挥石灰系脱硫剂的作用,本文通过中频感应炉进行脱硫半工性试验,研究其工艺因素对脱硫的影响。
I. Introduction At present, the external hot metal desulphurization technology has received extensive attention both at home and abroad and has quickly become one of the indispensable processes in the steelmaking process, providing favorable conditions for the production of low-sulfur steel. The successful development of injection technology, but also to furnace desulfurization technology to further simplify the equipment, reduce investment, the operation is more simple. In the meantime, many metallurgical workers conducted in-depth studies on the use of lime-based desulfurizers in place of CaC_2 desulphurization and obtained good metallurgical effects, but the effects were quite different with the change of process conditions during the treatment. In order to give full play to the role of lime desulfurizer, this paper through the intermediate frequency induction furnace desulfurization half-life test to study the impact of process factors on the desulfurization.
