研究了亚临界流体萃取工艺用于拔头废油再生润滑油基础油,采用CO2作萃取剂,CO2流量控制在30L/h,萃取温度维持在室温25℃,萃取时间设定为3h,通过单因素实验考察了亚临界CO2萃取一、二、三、四线拔头废油中萃取压力对再生油收率的影响,并对再生油的主要理化性质和磷元素、主要金属元素含量进行测定。结果表明:一线拔头废油的萃取压力宜采用10MPa,二、三、四线拔头废油的萃取压力宜采用12MPa,再生油收率分别可达88.12%,74.96%,77.36%,73.19%。亚临界CO2萃取拔头废油所得再生油的主要理化性质基本符合润滑油基础油的质量标准,且萃取后主要金属元素和磷元素含量显著减少。
The subcritical fluid extraction process was applied to the extraction of waste oil base oil. Using CO2 as the extractant, the CO2 flow rate was controlled at 30L / h, the extraction temperature was maintained at 25 ℃ and the extraction time was set at 3h. Factors affecting the extraction yield of reclaimed oil in sub-critical CO2 extraction of one, two, three and four-wire extraction waste oil were investigated experimentally. The main physical and chemical properties, contents of phosphorus and main metal elements in reclaimed oil were also determined. The results showed that the extraction pressure of waste oil from first-line extraction should be 10MPa, the extraction pressure of waste oil from second, third and fourth line should be 12MPa, the yield of regenerated oil should reach 88.12%, 74.96%, 77.36%, 73.19% . The main physical and chemical properties of the regenerated oil obtained from the extraction of waste oil by subcritical CO2 are basically in line with the quality standards of lube base oil, and the content of major metal elements and phosphorus is significantly reduced after extraction.
