目前各队研究解决的钻具升降工序自动化问题,多集中在拧管和提管方面,黄沙坪队则进一步研究了整个升降钻具过程的自动化电气化问题,虽然它的各个工序还是由单独的电开关分别操纵,有些操作尚用机械操纵,其装置也尚需进一步研究改进,但它已为升降钻具整个过程的自动化提供了一个基础,由于实现升降钻具过程自动化的问题还很多,其方向也有进一步探讨的必要,特将本文予以刊载供大家进一步研究参考。
At present, the automation problems of the drilling and lifting procedures studied by the teams are mostly concentrated in the pipe twisting and lifting. The Huangshaping team further studied the automatic electrification of the entire lifting drilling process, although its various processes are still controlled by separate electricity. The switches are operated separately, and some operations are still mechanically operated. The device still needs further research and improvement, but it has provided a basis for the automation of the entire process of raising and lowering drilling tools. There are still many problems in the automation of the process of lifting and drilling tools. There is also a need for further discussion, this article will be published for further study.
