国内关于连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)的结构计算是基于半经验半理论方法,适用性差,配筋指标取值不恰当。文章利用带筋板条的应力场和位移方程,建立了配筋指标的解析计算公式;用有限元方法验证了解析解的合理性;区分了设计参数对配筋指标的敏感性水平,并进行了敏感性排序。文章对最重要的配筋参数进行了具体分析:当温降幅值ΔT由15℃增大到60℃时,横向裂缝宽度bj、钢筋最大应力σs,max和混凝土最大应力σc,max增加了近1倍;混凝土线膨胀系数αc与σc,max、bj密切相关;剪切刚度系数ks增大,bj减小,且ks每增加5 MPa/mm,σs,max和σc,max增大10%。最后,用有效模量Eca考虑了混凝土徐变对CRCP结构计算的影响。上述研究成果可用于道路工程的结构设计和计算。
The structural calculation of continuous reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) in China is based on semi-empirical semi-theoretical method, which has poor applicability and inappropriate index of reinforcement. The above research results can be used in the structural design and calculation of road engineering.
