为了解麻疹疫苗 (MV)强化免疫的效果 ,福建省 1999年在进行MV强化免疫活动中 ,随机抽取 30 5名儿童检测血清ELISA-IgG抗体。结果显示 :在强化免疫前有 78 37%的儿童处于易感和低抗体水平。通过强化免疫 ,人群抗体阳性率由免疫前的6 8 2 0 %升至免疫后的 97 38% ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)由 1:96 99升至 1:175 1 6 6。免疫前处于易感的儿童抗体阳转率达91 75 %。说明强化免疫对控制麻疹暴发 ,进一步消除麻疹起到十分重要的作用。建议对 1~ 14岁儿童中尚未进行MV强化免疫的儿童继续进行强化免疫
In order to understand the effect of measles vaccine (MV) boosting immunity, in Fujian Province in 1999, during the intensive immunization campaign, 30 5 children were randomly selected to test serum ELISA-IgG antibody. The results showed that 78.37% of children were predisposed and had low antibody levels before immunization. The positive rate of human antibody increased from 68.20% before immunization to 97.38% after immunization by enhanced immunization. The geometric mean titer (GMT) increased from 1:96 to 99: 1-616. Pre-immune susceptible children antibody positive rate of 91 75%. This shows that intensive immunization plays a very important role in controlling the outbreak of measles and further eliminating measles. It is recommended that children aged 1-14 years who have not been immunized with MV continue to be boosted
