利用高速离心法分离年青红细胞和老化红细胞。分别与不同浓度的连苯三酚在硷性生理盐水中温育后,测定其丙二醛和脂褐质含量,以了解在外源性氧自由基作用下两类红细胞的脂质过氧化损伤情况.在较低浓度的连苯三酚作用下,年青红细胞的丙二醛含量无明显变化,而老化红细胞丙二醛含量显著增多。自然老化的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力和还原型谷胱甘肤舍量都显著低于年青红细胞.
High-speed centrifugation is used to separate young red blood cells from aged red blood cells. Respectively with different concentrations of pyrogallol incubated in alkaline saline, the content of malondialdehyde and lipofuscin were measured in order to understand the role of exogenous oxygen free radicals in two types of erythrocyte lipid peroxidation damage. In the lower concentration of pyrogallol, the content of malondialdehyde in young erythrocytes did not change significantly, while the content of malondialdehyde in aged erythrocytes increased significantly. Natural aging of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase activity and reduction of glutathione was significantly lower than that of young erythrocytes.
