本文报告垂直部份喉切除术治疗声带癌8例,均顺利地恢复了呼吸、吞咽和说话等喉功能。着重介绍了著者采用的几种喉部结构重建与整复方法,并就喉部份切除术的手术理论基础、适应症和喉腔整复方法进行了讨论。全部病例进行了随访,最长已超过5年(2例),未见复发。 This article reports the vertical partial laryngectomy for the treatment of 8 cases of vocal cord cancer, were successfully resumed breathing, swallowing and speech and other laryngeal function. Several methods of reconstruction and reconstruction of the throat used by the author are introduced emphatically, and the theoretical basis, indications and laryngeal reconstructive methods of laryngectomy are discussed. All cases were followed up for the longest more than 5 years (2 cases), no recurrence.
