[目的]用林可霉素皮下注射诱发豚鼠胆囊色素性结石动物模型,观察胆通胶囊对色素性结石形成的预防作用及其机制。[方法]实验组(分大、小剂量)在注射林可霉素的同时灌服胆通胶囊提取物,模型组灌服等量0.85%氯化钠溶液,正常组单纯灌服0.85%氯化钠溶液。[结果]胆通胶囊大剂量组成石率为23.0%,模型组成石率为100%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组间胆汁细菌培养阳性率(15.0%和91.7%)、间接胆红素与直接胆红素比值、总胆酸以及钙离子水平、肝功能等指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]胆通胶囊具有预防色素性结石形成的作用,这种作用可能与其保护肝细胞和胆囊组织、维持胆汁有形成分代谢的正常化以及抑菌抗菌等多重作用有关。
[Objective] The animal model of guinea pig gallstone pigmentary calculus induced by subcutaneous injection of Lincomycin was used to observe the preventive effect of gallstone capsule on pigmentary stone formation and its mechanism. [Methods] The experimental group (large and small doses) was fed with gutton capsule extract at the same time as Lincomycin injection. [Results] The stone composition rate of Datong Capsule was 23.0% and the stone composition rate was 100%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). The positive rates of bile culture in the two groups (15.0% and 91.7%), indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin ratio, total bile acid and calcium levels, liver function and other indicators were statistically significant (P<0.01). . [Conclusion] Dangtong capsule has the effect of preventing the formation of pigmentary stones, which may be related to the protection of hepatocytes and gallbladder tissue, the maintenance of normal metabolism of bile and the multiple functions of antibacterial and antibacterial.
