本研究采用自编量表对陕西省地震灾区648名中小学教师被试的工作满意度现况进行调查。结果显示:(1)教师工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,学校办学条件改善明显,教师工作积极性显著提升;(2)性别、学历、职称、办学类型、学校所在地对教师工作满意度有显著影响;(3)与非地震灾区相比,地震灾区办学条件改善明显,但教学及学生管理工作仍需不断提升。
This study used a self-made questionnaire to investigate the status of job satisfaction of 648 primary and secondary school teachers in earthquake-stricken areas in Shaanxi Province. The results showed that: (1) Satisfaction of teachers was above average level, conditions of school improvement were obvious, teachers’ enthusiasm for work improved significantly; (2) Sex, education, job title, school type and school location had a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction ; (3) Compared with non-earthquake-stricken areas, school conditions in earthquake-stricken areas have been significantly improved, but teaching and student management still need to be improved continuously.
