在一个企业的运行过程中,对于人员的管理没有十分特定的模式,人员管理具有一定的灵活性,而且又十分困难。对人力资源管理工作进行科学有效地分析,能够提高人力资源管理的水平与效果。对于现阶段来说,不同的人力资源管理模式有着不同的特点,而对于不同形式的公司也有其各自适用的方法。本文通过对人力资源管理的模式进行分析,得出了几点意见,供相关部门进行参考采纳。
In the process of running an enterprise, there is not a very specific model for personnel management. Personnel management has some flexibility and is very difficult. Scientific and effective analysis of human resources management can improve the level and effectiveness of human resources management. For the current stage, different modes of human resource management have different characteristics, but also have their own methods for different forms of companies. Through analyzing the mode of human resource management, this article draws some opinions for relevant departments to adopt for reference.
