目标管理理论在现代管理理论中广泛应用并取得了显著效果。我国政府部门工作中采用目标管理已经多年,其形式多种多样。总的说来,这些措施推动了我国政府部门效能建设,加快了政府部门人力资源开发,提高了公共服务水平。但仍然存在许多需改善的地方,因此,健全和完善我国政府部门目标管理制度是十分必要的。
Goal management theory is widely used in modern management theory and has achieved remarkable results. Our government departments have adopted target management in their work for many years and have various forms. All in all, these measures have promoted the efficiency construction of government departments in our country, accelerated the development of human resources in government departments and raised the level of public service. However, there are still many areas for improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and perfect the target management system of government departments in our country.
