员工非工作上网的普遍性、危害性和难以管理性引起了企业界人士和国内外学者的高度关注。本文以国有企业和非国有企业的员工为样本,探讨了中国背景下企业员工非工作上网行为的影响因素,分析了国有企业与非国有企业员工非工作上网行为影响因素的差异。结果表明,引发中国企业员工非工作上网的主要影响因素是合理化倾向、寻求个人满足和相关制度不完善,国有企业员工比非国有企业员工因较强的合理化倾向和不完善的相关制度更易非工作上网。该结论为企业尤其是国有企业管理员工非工作上网行为提供决策支持。
The universality, harmfulness and unmanageableness of employees’ non-working access to the Internet have aroused great concern of business people and scholars at home and abroad. Based on the sample of employees of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises, this paper explores the influencing factors of employees’ non-work online behavior in China and analyzes the differences of influencing factors on non-work behavior of employees in state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises. The results show that the main influencing factors of non-working internet access for Chinese employees are rationalization tendency, personal satisfaction and imperfect system. SOE employees are more non-working than non-SOE employees due to strong rationalization and imperfect system Internet. This conclusion provides decision-making support for the non-working online behavior of enterprises, especially the management of state-owned enterprises.
