目的:艾滋病患者职业暴露的预防处置效果。方法:本文选取100例艾滋病患者,对患者全部开展防范处理工作,对医护人员实施预防护理知识的相关培训工作,能够加强对于全面防护的认识,有效预防感染情况发生,使得医护人员艾滋病职业暴露情况有效减少,提升预防感染效率。结果:在整个艾滋病患者医护工作开展过程中,其中有3名护理人员出现了职业暴露情况,主要是针头刺伤情况,之后及时服用了抗病毒药物,在后期检查时,没有发现感染艾滋病病毒的情况。结论:艾滋病患者的职业暴露会产生非常大的危险效果,在临床中需要引起高度重视,做好预防护理管理工作,有效降低感染发生率,提升临床医护疗效,及时做好应急处理工作,做好自我防护管理,降低艾滋病病毒感染发生率,提升人们的生存质量。
