建立了食品塑料包装材料中二氨基甲苯的毛细管电泳-紫外检测法。样品采用沸水浸泡,旋转真空蒸发浓缩,残渣经硼砂缓冲液溶解后用毛细管电泳法测定。分析条件:毛细管为未涂层石英熔融毛细管,长度为50 cm,内径75μm,有效长度为40 cm;运行缓冲液为25 mmol/L硼砂溶液(pH 9.2);分离电压10 kV;重力进样时间7 s;分离温度25℃;检测波长为215 nm。以迁移时间定性,峰面积标准曲线法定量。二氨基甲苯含量在0.1~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.058μg/mL(S/N=3),样品最低检出量为0.019 mg/kg;加标回收率范围为82.9%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~6.9%。对17种食品包装材料中的二氨基甲苯进行了测定,其中11种样品检出2,4-二氨基甲苯,含量范围为0.088~1.07 mg/kg。

Diamino toluene in 17 food packaging materials was assayed, of which 11 samples were found to contain 2,4-diaminotoluene in the range of 0.088-1.07 mg / kg.
