2008年7月3日,海尔(Haier)集团与梅赛德斯—奔驰(Mercedes-Benz)技术集团在青岛结成战略联盟,向奔驰学习精益管理。根据联盟协议,奔驰要将把自己在汽车方面的制造体系移植到海尔洗衣机制造中,以帮助海尔优化生产制造流程、提高生产效率、培养员工精工制造观念,进而提高其产品品质。即便如此,中国企业总体在制造业技术、市场营销和企业科学管理领域的学习成效有限。在全球经济一体化的趋势下,一个企业有效学习的能力则将成为其核心竞争
On July 3, 2008, the Haier Group and Mercedes-Benz Technology Group formed a strategic alliance in Qingdao to learn about Lean Management from Mercedes-Benz. According to the alliance agreement, Mercedes-Benz will transfer its manufacturing system of automobile to Haier washing machine manufacturing to help Haier optimize manufacturing process, increase production efficiency, cultivate employees’ concept of precision manufacturing, and further improve product quality.
