湖南省安化县栗林乡水利管理站,建站两年来,把服务宗旨放在全乡水利建设和管理工作上,办实事,争实效,深受群众称赞。他们先后完成了两处小(一)型水库的配套任务,架通了9公里高压线路,完善了征收水费制度,健全了水利工程管理责任制。1985年,全乡农业总收入比上年增长14.7％,人均增收78元,粮食亩均比上年增产103斤,水利工程综合收入达1.37万元。
Anhua County, Hunan Province Liulin Township Water Management Station, the establishment of two years ago, the service aims on the township water conservancy construction and management work, do practical work, strive for results, praised by the masses. They have completed the matching task of two small reservoirs (one type), built a 9 km high-pressure line, improved the water fee collection system, and improved the responsibility system for water project management. In 1985, the total agricultural income of the township increased by 14.7% over the previous year, with a per capita income increase of 78 yuan. The mu yield of grain increased 103 kg over the previous year and the total income of water conservancy projects reached 13,700 yuan.
