梭曼,GABA和谷氨酸在离体蚯蚓(Eisenia foetida)背肌上的效应经40℃、10%(NH_4)_2SO_4或1%Triton X-100膜处理后都可被消除,但AGh反应仍存在,蚯蚓背肌GhE活性要比处理前高得多。在未经膜处理,但ACh效应、GABA效应或谷氨酸效应被阻断的标本上,梭曼仍引起肌缩反应。所以,我们认为梭曼的肌缩效应不是作用在ChE或ACh受体、GABA受体及谷氨酸受体上,而是与另一膜蛋白质相互作用的结果, 并提出蚯蚓背肌可能存在“梭曼受体”的假说。
