2012年12月7日至9日,由安家传媒集团组织的地产年度风云榜专家组莅临惠州,考察了由五矿建设开发的“五矿·哈施塔特”项目,并成功举办了“中国文化地产创新与发展趋势沙龙”。专家组成员包括中国房地产与住宅研究会人居环境委员会副主任专家组长开彦,北京大学中文系教授、博士生导师张颐武,崇礼四通房地产开发有限公司总经理郑伟,北京三益达房地产经纪有限公司董事长、“十大金牌操盘手”詹亦斌,安家传媒集团董事长、《安家》杂志总编辑刘文斌。五矿建设董事总经理何剑波、五矿建设董事副总经理杨律、五矿建设华南区总经理兼惠州公司总经理蔡文彬作为东道主应邀参加了活动。
