目的明确深圳市某生物识别有限公司新建项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护要求,保护劳动者健康。方法采取职业卫生学调查、检查表法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目生产过程产生的主要职业病危害因素有三氯乙烯、甲醇、稳态噪声等。经检测43个检测项目低于检出限的27个,有检出值未超标的13个,三氯乙烯有检出;3个点的甲醇时间加权平均浓度(C TWA)超过了国家限值标准,超标的3个点是千级无尘1车间光机组装调试位、千级无尘1车间光机组装打胶位和万级无尘车间光机组装A线。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强职业卫生管理与职业病危害防护措施,提高劳动者自我防护意识。
Objective To clarify the occupational hazards caused by the new project of a biometrics company in Shenzhen, analyze the harm degree and the impact on the health of workers, put forward the key control points and protection requirements of occupational hazards and protect the health of laborers. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, checklist method and workplace occupational hazards were used to evaluate the construction project. Results The main occupational hazards caused by the construction project were trichlorethylene, methanol, steady-state noise and so on. Twenty-three of the 43 test items detected were below the detection limit, 13 were not detected, and trichlorethylene was detected. The time-weighted mean concentration (C TWA) at 3 points exceeded the national limits Standard, exceeding the 3 points is a thousand dust-free workshop a light machine assembly debugging bits and a dust-free workshop a light machine assembly glue bits and 10,000 clean room assembly line A light machine. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The preventive measures on occupational health management and occupational hazards should be strengthened so as to raise the awareness of workers’ self-protection.
