该文研究禹白芷Angelica dahurica cv.Yubaizhi根脂溶性化学成分。采用硅胶和高效液相等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的谱学数据鉴定其结构。共分离得到33个化合物,分别鉴定为异欧前胡素(1)、欧前胡素(2)、豆甾醇(3)、异氧化前胡内酯(4)、栓翅芹烯醇(5)、补骨脂素(6)、香柑内酯(7)、异去甲基呋喃羽叶芸香素(8)、珊瑚菜内酯(9)、欧芹酚(10)、别欧前胡素(11)、花椒毒素(12)、花椒毒酚(13)、异茴芹内酯(14)、别异欧前胡素(15)、β-谷甾醇(16)、氧化别欧前胡素(17)、牧草栓翅芹酮(18)、5-羟基-8-甲氧基补骨脂素(19)、二氢欧山芹醇(20)、独活醇(21)、异栓翅芹烯醇(22)、2“R-新白当归脑(23)、白当归素乙醚(24)、白当归素(25)、水合氧化前胡内酯(26)、尿嘧啶(27)、伞形花内酯(28)、佛手酚(29)、去甲基呋喃羽叶芸香素(30)、异白当归脑(31)、氧化前胡内酯乙醇醚(32)和独活属醇(33)。其中,化合物8,10,17,21和30为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
This article studies Yu Angelica dahurica cv.Yubaizhi root lipolysis chemical composition. The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their structures were identified by their spectral data. A total of 33 compounds were isolated and identified as isoimperatorin (1), imperatorin (2), stigmasterol (3), isoenzyloxygenase (4) ), Psoralens (6), citronellin (7), isoflurane (8), coral lactone (9), parsley phenol (10) (11), sage toxin (12), zeaxanthin (13), iso aniseralide (14), isoimperatorin (15), β-sitosterol (17), forsythin (18), 5-hydroxy-8-methoxy psoralen (19), dihydropalbenol (20) (22), 2 ”R-Angelica Angelica (23), Angelica (24), Angelica (25), Hydra-oxidized Prelulactone (26), Uracil (27), Umbrella (28), bergapten (29), norepinephrine (30), angelica brain (31), oxidized pregonolactone (32) Among them, compounds 8, 10, 17, 21 and 30 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
