本实验以2450MHz连续波为辐照源,在质量控制条件下,观察不同剂量急性微波辐照后,小鼠胸腺及外周血非特异性酯酶的变化,探讨微波对小鼠的免疫学效应。微波剂量分假辐照组、0.2mw-crn~(-2)、1.0mw-cm~(-2)、和5.0mw-cm~(-2)4组,每组8只小鼠,每天辐照1h,连续辐照7天。结果表明:控制微波剂量≤5.0mw-cm~(-2)的急性辐照,对ANAE仅有较小波动,无组间差异;胸腺指数虽呈下降趋势,但与对照相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
In this experiment, 2450MHz continuous wave was used as irradiation source. Under the condition of quality control, the changes of nonspecific esterase in thymus and peripheral blood of mice after different doses of acute microwave irradiation were observed to explore the immunological effect of microwave on mice. The microwave dose was divided into four groups (0.2mw-crn-2, 1.0mw-cm-2 and 5.0mw-cm-4) According to 1h, continuous irradiation for 7 days. The results showed that acute radiation with microwave dose ≤5.0mw-cm ~ (-2) had little fluctuation on ANAE and no difference between groups. Thymus index showed a downward trend but no statistical difference compared with control Significance (P> 0.05).
