短短几天,艺术品电商HIHEY被指拖欠艺术家作品和画款的事件愈演愈烈,并无和解迹象。据悉,艺术家已获得某律师团的公益支持,同时HIHEY的危机公关并没有像大家期待的那样息事宁人,而是选择了率先起诉艺术家。此举进一步激化了双方矛盾,对薄公堂几乎已成定局。HIHEY事件看似一个简单的劳资纠纷案例,实际上很复杂,展现出了中国当下艺术市场机制的诸多问题。“维权”是个有热度的关键词,但在我看来,此事的重点并不在此。
In just a few days, the art dealer, HIHEY, accused of arrears of artists’ works and painting money intensified with no sign of reconciliation. It is reported that the artist has received public support for a lawyer group, while HIHEY crisis PR did not like what everyone expected, but rather took the lead in prosecuting artists. The move further intensified the contradictions between the two sides and is almost a foregone conclusion to the thin court. The HIHEY incident, which seems like a simple case of labor disputes, is in fact very complicated and shows many problems in the contemporary art market mechanism in China. “Rights ” is a hot key word, but in my opinion, the focus of the matter is not here.
