为探讨 9 顺维甲酸(9 cisRA)对肺鳞癌细胞的生物学作用 ,应用流式细胞术等对 9 cisRA处理前后L78和A2 两肺鳞癌细胞株的生长、分化和凋亡等特性进行检测观察。结果显示 ,9 cisRA对两肺癌细胞株的生长产生明显的抑制作用 ;应用 9 cisRA后 ,两株细胞分化特征明显 ;经 9 cisRA处理后的两肺鳞癌细胞凋亡率明显高于对照组。研究表明 ,9 cisRA具有抑制肺鳞癌细胞的生长、诱导其分化和凋亡等生物学作用。
To investigate the biological effects of 9 cisRA on lung squamous carcinoma cells, the characteristics of growth, differentiation and apoptosis of L78 and A2 lung squamous carcinoma cell lines before and after 9 cisRA treatment were analyzed by flow cytometry Test observation. The results showed that 9 cisRA significantly inhibited the growth of the two lung cancer cell lines. The differentiation of the two cells was obvious after 9 cisRA treatment. The apoptotic rates of the two squamous carcinoma cell lines after 9 cisRA treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group. Studies have shown that 9 cisRA inhibits the growth of lung squamous cell carcinoma cells and induces their biological effects such as differentiation and apoptosis.
