我国知识产权法律保护体系虽然构建较晚,但逐步形成了较为完整的知识产权法律保护体系。而高校作为知识产权的重要来源地,其法律保护体系却相对薄弱和不完整。笔者拟通过对我国高校知识产权法律保护体系的现状以及高校知识产权法律保护体系不足的原因进行分析,进而对我国高校知识产权法律保护体系的完善提出自己的拙见。
Although the system of legal protection of intellectual property in our country is relatively late, it has gradually formed a relatively complete system of legal protection of intellectual property. As colleges and universities as an important source of intellectual property, their legal protection system is relatively weak and incomplete. The author intends to analyze the status quo of legal protection system of intellectual property in Chinese universities and the reasons for the inadequate legal protection system of intellectual property in universities, and then put forward my own opinions on the perfection of legal protection system of intellectual property in Chinese universities.
