目的了解承德市中学生网络、游戏的基本情况和影响因素,明确长时间上网和游戏对心理的影响情况,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样的方法抽取2183名中学生为研究对象,其中男生1065人,女生1118人,采用“中国城市青少年健康相关行为调查问卷”进行调查。结果游戏时间过长的报告率为10.86%,上网时间过长的报告率为9.34%,存在网络成瘾的人数为46人,报告率为2.11%;上网目的以聊天、多媒体娱乐和玩游戏所占比例为高;初、高中和是否住宿对上网、游戏行为的影响较大;存在游戏时间和上网时间过长的学生心理问题方面的报告率高于普通中学生。结论承德市中学生游戏、上网时间过长和网络成瘾的报告率要低于发达城市的情况,网络成瘾的报告率也低于全国的平均水平。应根据本地实际情况制定科学的干预措施,加强宣传力度,有效降低过度游戏、上网的发生。
Objective To understand the basic situation and influencing factors of middle school students’ network and games in Chengde city, clarify the psychological impact of internet and games for a long time, and provide the basis for making effective interventions. Methods A total of 2183 middle school students were enrolled in the study, stratified by cluster sampling method, including 1065 boys and 1118 girls, and the survey was conducted using the questionnaire of health-related behaviors among adolescents in urban China. Results The reportable rate of over-long games was 10.86%, the report rate of over-internet time was 9.34%, the number of online addicts was 46, and the report rate was 2.11%. Conclusion The reporting rate of middle school students in Chengde city for games, internet surfing and internet addiction is lower than that in developed cities. The reporting rate of internet addiction is also lower than the national average. Scientific interventions should be formulated according to the local conditions and publicity efforts should be stepped up to effectively reduce the incidence of excessive games and the Internet.
