目的 :探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子和血管生成与大肠癌发展的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 S- P法 ,检测6 2例人大肠癌组织 VEGF蛋白表达和微血管密度 (MVD) ,分析 VEGF和 MVD、及其与大肠癌组织学分型、Dukes分期、癌肿浸润转移的关系。结果 :VEGF表达强度和 MVD与大肠癌的 Dukes分期 (P<0 .0 5 )、淋巴结转移 (P<0 .0 5 )及远处转移 (P<0 .0 1)密切相关 ,而与组织学分型无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,MVD与 VEGF表达两者呈正相关 (r=0 .89)。结论 :VEGF与大肠癌的血管生成密切相关 ,对大肠癌的生长和浸润转移有促进作用 ,VEGF和 MVD可作为反映大肠癌生物学行为的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and angiogenesis and the development of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expression of VEGF protein and microvessel density (MVD) in 62 human colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The expressions of VEGF and MVD in colorectal carcinoma tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and their relationship with histological type, Dukes stage, invasion and metastasis Relationship. Results: The expression of VEGF and MVD were closely related to the Dukes stage (P <0.05), lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) and distant metastasis (P <0.01) in colorectal cancer, There was a positive correlation between MVD and VEGF expression (r = 0.89), regardless of type (P> 0.05). Conclusion: VEGF is closely related to the angiogenesis of colorectal cancer, which may promote the growth and invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. VEGF and MVD may be one of the indicators reflecting the biological behavior of colorectal cancer.
