幼儿园的主要人际关系包括:管理人员和教师的关系、教师和幼儿的关系、教师和家长的关系等。在当前的新形势下,幼儿园和谐的人际关系既是构建社会主义和谐的重要组成部分,也是影响社会和谐文化建设的重要因素。幼儿园要重视构建和谐的人际关系,营造有利于幼儿身心健康发展的精神环境。在一所幼儿园,教师、幼儿、家长构成了幼儿园主要人际关系的网络,和谐的人际关系是幼儿园各项工作顺利开展的重要因素之一。构建幼儿园和谐的人际关系,有利于教师的心理健康,有利于幼儿的身心健康发展。建设一个和谐的校园,是当前社会主义和谐社会建设的重要任务,以下是我总结多年来的工作经验与体会,对幼儿园人际关系的一些看法和认识。
