目的分析研讨伴有性腺功能减退的性功能障碍疾病的临床治疗疗效。方法分组讨论78例研讨对象,按入院顺序分39例对照组(十一酸睾酮胶囊)和39例研究组(十一酸睾酮胶囊+复方玄驹胶囊),患者均为2014年1月至2015年1月期间我院收治的伴有性腺功能减退的性功能障碍患者,观察各患者治疗状况,并对比。结果研究组总不良反应发生率7.69%略低于对照组10.26%,但组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比两组患者治疗前TT指数和IIEF-5评分,组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比治疗后TT指数、IIEF-5评分状况,研究组比对照组高,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗伴有性腺功能减退的性功能障碍疾病可考虑给予十一酸睾酮胶囊和复方玄驹胶囊,疗效突出,安全可靠,各指数改善明显。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sexual dysfunction with hypogonadism. Methods A total of 78 subjects were divided into groups according to the order of admission, 39 cases of control group (testosterone undecanoate capsules) and 39 study groups (testosterone undecanoate capsules and compound Xuanju capsules) from January 2014 to 2015 In January of this year in our hospital admitted with sexual dysfunction associated with hypogonadism patients observed the treatment of patients, and compared. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.69%, slightly lower than that in the control group (10.26%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The TT and IIEF-5 scores of two groups were compared before and after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After comparing TT index and IIEF-5 score, the study group was higher than the control group. Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical treatment of sexual dysfunction associated with hypogonadism can be given to patients with testosterone undecanoate capsules and compound capsules Xuanju, with outstanding curative effect, safe and reliable, and the index improved significantly.
