为使炼油厂的工业废水排放达标,多年来采用分绞控制,取得了一定成效。其方法是控制生产装置的排放口,排放的污染物浓度需在分级控制指标的规定之内。这就要求压缩全厂总下水系统中的污染负荷,改善污水处理场的进口水质,提高处理后的综合合格率。我厂在逐步补充、健全废水排放预处理设施的同时,又对各种类型的隔油池现状进行了调研、评估,来确定最佳设计方案和来指导今后的废水处理工作做了努力。
In order to achieve the refinery’s industrial wastewater discharge standards, over the years the use of split control, and achieved some success. The method is to control the discharge port of the production device, and the concentration of pollutants discharged must be within the stipulations of the grading control index. This requires the reduction of the pollution load in the total sewage system of the whole plant, improving the quality of imported water in the sewage treatment plant and improving the overall qualified rate after treatment. While gradually supplementing and perfecting the pretreatment facilities for wastewater discharge, our factory made an effort to investigate and evaluate the current situation of various types of grease traps to determine the best design scheme and guide the future wastewater treatment.
