印染废水由于色度高,水质变化大,生化性差等特点,是当前工业废水处理的难点和焦点之一。文章以COD和色度为考察指标,用混凝实验方法研究了自行配制的PAC-FeSO_4-Ca(COH)_2-PAM复合混凝剂处理某印染厂实际废水,并通过实验优化操作条件。实验结果表明,该复合混凝剂可有效的去除印染废水中的COD和色度,COD去除率可达60%,色度可达69%。
Printing and dyeing wastewater due to high color, water quality changes, poor biochemical characteristics of the current industrial wastewater treatment is one of the difficulties and focus. In this paper, COD and chromaticity were taken as the indexes to investigate the coagulation experiment method to study the PAC-FeSO_4-Ca (COH) 2-PAM complex coagulant prepared by ourselves to treat the actual wastewater of a printing and dyeing factory and to optimize the operating conditions through experiments. The experimental results show that the composite coagulant can effectively remove the COD and color of printing and dyeing wastewater, COD removal rate up to 60%, color up to 69%.
