国务院《地方志工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)颁布5周年和《新疆维吾尔自治区实施〈地方志工作条例〉办法》(以下简称《实施办法》)颁布两周年之际,克拉玛依市委史志办从工作实际出发,认真学习《条例》精神,通过不同形式,宣传贯彻《条例》。同时,采取有力措施,营造和谐环境,实现人性化管理,逐渐营造和谐、宽松、活泼的工作环境。全体工作人员普遍具有较强的敬业精神、团队精神,为部门工作有序开展提供有力保障。
