随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,各行各业都有了长足的发展。许多中小企业如雨后春笋般成立起来,企业的管理问题成为了许多企业家们关注的话题。而企业的人力资源管理是企业管理的关键环节,它在一定程度上与企业的效益密切相关。所以更加受到人们的重视。而做好这一切的先决条件之一在于在企业内部实现有效统计。基于此,对企业人力资源管理中统计的意义进行阐述,而后对企业人力资源管理中一些统计指标进行分析,最后从统计学原理应用的角度进行探讨,以期为推动中小企业发展提供参考
With the gradual deepening of China’s reform and opening up, all walks of life have made great strides. Many small and medium-sized enterprises have mushroomed, the management of enterprises has become a topic of concern to many entrepreneurs. The human resources management of enterprises is the key link in the management of enterprises, which is closely related to the efficiency of enterprises to a certain extent. So more people’s attention. And one of the preconditions for doing all this is to achieve effective statistics within the enterprise. Based on this, this paper elaborates the significance of statistics in the human resource management of enterprises, and then analyzes some statistical indicators in the human resources management of enterprises, and finally discusses the application of statistical principles in order to provide reference for promoting the development of SMEs
