在聚丁二烯(PBD)的微结构分析中人们多采用738cm~(-1)吸收带作为顺式结构分析峰,而该吸收带随分子链构象和微结构序列分布的变化却未曾有详细研究。本文考察了高顺式PBD结晶前后的红外光谱变化,特别是738cm~(-1)带的变化,并用分子链构象的变化给予了解释。试样是日本BR-01胶,顺式含量经~(13)C-NMR测定为96.6%,胶样配成约2%的CS_2溶液,在KBr晶片上涂膜,红外灯下除去溶剂,用DIGILAB FTS-20E型红外光谱仪记录光
In the microstructure analysis of polybutadiene (PBD), 738cm -1 absorption band is mostly used as the cis-structure analysis peak, and the absorption band has not been studied in detail with the change of the molecular chain conformation and the distribution of the microstructure sequence . In this paper, the changes of IR spectra before and after the crystallization of high cis PBD, especially the change of 738cm ~ (-1) band, were investigated and explained by the changes of conformation of the molecular chain. The sample was Japan BR-01 gum. The cis content was 96.6% as determined by ~ (13) C-NMR. The sample was dosed with about 2% CS_2 solution and coated on a KBr wafer.
