这是想要玩命的节奏吗?千万别误会,其实蛮不是那么回事儿,从科学层面来看,跑步能够缓解我们的身体疲劳感。一方面,跑步能使人对身体的疲劳产生钝感力。长跑时,人的身体会分泌特殊的荷尔蒙,叫做内咖肽。内咖肽能够对身体的不适感起到麻痹作用,使我们在跑步的过程中肌肉的无力与酸痛感越来越轻微,甚至最后已经感觉不到身体的劳累。但是这仅仅是由于特殊荷尔蒙的麻痹与掩盖作用,并不能使身体真正地解除疲劳,运动结束之后,当麻痹作用渐渐消退,累积的疲劳感会更加强烈。
