目的研究直肠癌患者行全直肠系膜切除术(TME)的临床疗效.方法对27例行TME术式的直肠癌患者的临床资料进行分析.结果 27例均获根治性切除,15例行吻合器吻合,术后发生吻合口瘘2例.术后辅助化疗及放疗,近期无局部复发病例.结论 TME是降低直肠癌术后局部复发率,提高生活质量的有效措施.直肠癌根治性手术中采用TME手术方法是非常重要的.
